At Anmol Medicare Limited, we aim to provide the best healthcare and wellness services to our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are applicable.

1. Service Cancellations

a. Health Check-ups / Diagnostic Tests / Consultations:
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or missed appointments.
b. Health Card Membership:
  • Health Card purchases are non-refundable once activated.
  • In case of a duplicate payment, we will process a refund within 7–10 business days.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • Service not delivered due to our operational issues.
  • Technical error resulting in incorrect billing or duplicate payment.
  • Service cancellation as per the rules stated above.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refund confirmation will be shared via email/SMS.
  • Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.

4. Special Cases (Force Majeure / Operational Issues)

In cases where services are canceled due to unforeseen reasons (technical failure, staff unavailability, medical emergencies, or government restrictions), customers will be:

  • Offered a reschedule at no extra cost, OR
  • Eligible for a 100% refund
